Payment and Refund Policy
How prices, payments, cancellations and refunds are handled.

This policy describes how jurnizo handles payments, cancellations and refunds for the services it provides in and around Exeter. It applies to every order agreed with us by telephone, email or in person.
How prices and orders are agreed
Our published prices apply to every order. Where a service is priced by quantity or the website shows an estimate, we state the final amount in writing before any work starts, based on the details you give us. Nothing is agreed or paid on the website itself: the order takes effect when you accept our written confirmation.
Refunds and part-completed work
Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of the refund being agreed; where that method can no longer be used, we transfer the amount to a bank account you confirm to us in writing at [email protected]. We deduct no processing fee. Where a service was carried out as agreed, its fee is not refunded, and for partly completed work we refund what was not provided, less any material or third-party costs agreed with you beforehand.
Paying invoices
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due 14 days after we send the invoice by email, using one of the methods named on it. Advance payments or instalments, where agreed, are set out in the quotation with their amounts and dates. Open invoices are followed up with a written reminder, and interest may be charged where the law allows it.
Complaints and remedies
If you are not satisfied with our work, please describe the problem in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the service, while the details are still fresh. We look into it and suggest a correction, a repeat of the service, a partial refund or another solution that fits the case.
